Terms of Service
Last updated: October 14, 2026. Operator: Marut Marutyan, Yerevan, Armenia. Contact: [email protected].
Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Marut Marutyan, Yerevan, Armenia ("we", "us"), the operator of FirstLiner: the Chrome extension, the website firstliner.app and our server. By installing or using FirstLiner you accept these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and use FirstLiner for your professional or business activity.
The service
FirstLiner reads the profile you have open on LinkedIn or Sales Navigator when you press Generate and writes three draft first messages with AI. You choose a draft, insert it into a message box you opened yourself, edit it if you want and press Send yourself. FirstLiner never sends messages, never clicks anything on LinkedIn and does not run campaigns or sequences.
Your account
One account is for one person. Keep access to your email secure; you are responsible for activity in your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it.
Acceptable use
- You are responsible for every message you send and for following LinkedIn's User Agreement and the laws that apply to your outreach, including anti-spam, privacy and consumer protection laws.
- Do not use FirstLiner for spam, harassment, discrimination, impersonation, misleading or unlawful messages.
- Do not try to bypass plan limits, resell access, automate FirstLiner, or copy, decompile or attack the service.
- Use the profile information FirstLiner shows you only to write to that person.
FirstLiner is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by LinkedIn. LinkedIn may change its pages at any time, and parts of FirstLiner may stop working until we update it. LinkedIn decides how it treats accounts that use third-party tools; we keep FirstLiner limited to reading the page you open, on your request, to reduce that risk, but we cannot guarantee how LinkedIn will act.
AI-generated drafts
Drafts are written by AI and can contain mistakes or wrong facts. Read and check every draft before sending. The drafts you send are yours; we claim no ownership of them.
Plans and prices
- Free: 5 generations per day (reset at 00:00 UTC), friendly tone.
- Pro: $19 per month or $190 per year. Unlimited generations within a fair-use rate limit that protects the service (currently 10 per minute), all three tones (formal, friendly, direct) and a history of your last 10 generations.
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. If we change the price of Pro, we will tell you at least 30 days before the change applies to your subscription.
Payments: Paddle is the merchant of record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are described in theRefund Policy.
Suspension and ending the agreement
You can stop using FirstLiner at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after a warning where reasonable. If we close a paid account without such a reason, we refund the unused part of the period.
Changes to the service and these terms
We may improve or change FirstLiner. If we change these terms in a significant way, we will tell you by email or in the extension before the change applies. If you do not agree, you can cancel before that date.
Disclaimer and liability
FirstLiner is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or business, or for actions a third-party platform such as LinkedIn takes on your account, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, and disputes go to the courts of Yerevan. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
